Retreat Rates, Information & Reservation Policies
Our retreat reserves the right to refuse bookings or service to any guest who does not comply with our policies, including those related to payment, identification, or conduct. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. We maintain the right to cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including safety concerns or policy violations. Guests are expected to respect our terms and conditions to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all.
- Booking Confirmation – A deposit or full payment is required to secure your reservation. Guests will receive a confirmation email with check-in details and retreat guidelines. Credit card required to book reservation.
- Check-in & Check-out Times – Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out out may be available upon request, subject to availability and with pre-arranged with management.
- Pet Policy – Some retreats may allow pets in designated cabins with prior approval and an additional fee. Guests must adhere to pet-friendly policies, including leash and clean-up rules. Please note, we are not able to allow pets in common areas on the property to protect guests with possible allergies.
- Smoking & Fire Safety – Smoking is not permitted inside the cabins. Due to fire risks, campfires and open flames may only be used in designated areas, following local fire restrictions.
- Cancellation Policy – Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival may receive a full or partial refund. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit the deposit. No-shows will be charged the full stay.
- Office Hours – Retreat office hours are from 8:30 - 5:30 daily.
- Damage & Incidentals – Guests are responsible for any damages to the cabin or retreat property. A security deposit may be held on a credit card and released after check-out upon inspection.
- Quiet Hours & Nature Respect – To maintain the peaceful retreat atmosphere, quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Guests are encouraged to respect wildlife, keep noise to a minimum, and leave no trace in nature areas.
